Olivier FLICHE has been head of the Fintech-Innovation cluster of the French Prudential Supervisory Authority (ACPR) since July 2018. This cluster is the preferred point of contact for innovative project leaders in the banking and insurance sectors. To this end, it coordinates its action with the Banque de France and the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). The cluster notably facilitates, with the AMF, the Fintech Forum, a body for consultation and dialogue with FinTech players. The cluster is also in charge of the "suptech" mission at the ACPR, which consists of promoting innovation in the exercise of the Authority's missions.
Olivier FLICHE joined the Ministry of Finance in 1994 and worked for the European Commission, the Autorité de contrôle des assurances et des mutuelles (ACAM) and the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) where he occupied successively the roles of Director of Insurance Control and Director of Control of Business Practices. Olivier FLICHE is a former student of the École Polytechnique, an engineer from the Ecole des Mines, a graduate of the Institute of Political Studies in Paris and a member of the Institute of Actuaries.
